At the same, three companies are marketed and perceived as consolidated organization under one brand “Magistral”. This was the reason for establishment of special internal relations, which are based on maximally favorable conditions for every company.

Companies’ unity determined s å t-up and functioning of business processes in the internal and external environment according to the single standards, in this connection, we have elaborated uniform rules for all companies.

At present day, under the necessity to retain and gradually increase the number of clients and partners, thereby achieving internal stability, Company uses democratic management style.
